A councillor has proposed to build a Trump-style wall to keep hipsters out of the area after a flurry of 'frivolous' complaints about parking.
Councillor Julie Passas' tongue-in-cheek motion suggested passports be made mandatory for people to access the Inner West Council and a 'mobility tax' be applied on those passing through the area.
