An Australian tourist who was filmed allegedly urinating outside a shop in Bali has been arrested after walking out of a restaurant without paying.

Footage of the man, believed to be Rick O'Miara, 26, went viral last week after he allegedly passed out next to a shop in Ngurah Rai Street, in Kuta, while urinating.

O'Miara was arrested on Thursday after he allegedly walked out of a restaurant without paying.

Police said the tourist appeared 'stoned' and believe he may have taken magic mushrooms.

'He's went viral with the video where he peed,' police told Dedik News.
