A vigilante neighbour used a drone to dob in 20 homeowners for breaking planning regulations.  

The string of 'petty' reports began with a complaint against Richard Anderson, who lives in Mosgiel, near Dunedin, on New Zealand's south island. 

When the council arrived at Mr Anderson's  property they found a pergola and a firewood shelter were both too close the fence boundary and ordered him to remove them.
