The West Texas shooter's neighbor said he carried a rifle while yelling at her over leaving trash in a nearby dumpster and that he used to shoot animals from his rooftop.
Veronica Alonzo told CNN that Seth Ator, 36, of Ector County, Texas, was her neighbor and that he had gone to her house last month, while carrying a large rifle, to yell at her for leaving garbage in a nearby dumpster.
Ator was identified by on the Odessa Police Department's Facebook page Sunday as being the gunman who carried out the mass shooting in Odessa, Texas, on Saturday. He was shot and killed by police in the parking lot of the Cinergy movie theater in Odessa that afternoon.
Ator's shooting spree, which began after a traffic stop, left seven dead, between the ages of 15 to 57. Twenty-two people were injured, including a 17-month-old girl and a police officer.
Alonzo said that she called police over the incident during which Ator yelled at her, but that they did not respond because her home is difficult to locate and doesn't show up on GPS.

She also said that he often shot animals in his yard while he was up in a structure on top of his home. He would then go and retrieve their corpses later.
Alonzo said that investigators were at Ator's home Sunday, putting small red flags at various locations outside his property, where she said he would shoot at the animals.
She claimed that Ator didn't have running water or electricity in his home and that when it was cold, she saw him sitting in his Toyota Camry with the heater on.
Alonzo's revelations came on the heels of additional shooting victims being identified.
Although authorities have not identified any of the victims, several have been named publicly by family members.
The youngest victim killed was 15-year-old high school student Leila Hernandez, whose loved ones described her as a 'sweet girl with a big heart' who recently celebrated her quinceañera.
US Postal Service worker Mary Granados, 29, was shot and killed when the gunman stole her truck as she was delivering mail, according to a coworker.

Hernandez's brother, Nathan Hernandez, was also said to have been injured during the shooting and is in the hospital, according to a GoFundMe set up for the siblings.
Granados, the 29-year-old US Postal Service worker, was shot and killed when the gunman stole her truck as she was delivering mail and talking to her twin sister, Rosie, on the phone.
The 29-year-old was near the end of her shift Saturday and chatting with her sister when their conversation was abruptly interrupted by the mail carrier's terrified scream, Rosie told CNN.
'It was very painful. I just wanted to help her and I couldn't. I thought she had got [bitten] by a dog or something,' Rosie Granados told the network. 'I tried calling her name and she wouldn't answer.'
Her GoFundMe page has already raised more than $32,000.
Edwin Peregrino, 25, was killed while visiting his parents in Odessa. His relatives told the Washington Post that the family had heard the gunfire, but thought that it was far off.
When he ran into the yard to see what was happening, Ator drove by and fatally shot him.
Joseph Griffith, 40, a teacher, was said to have been killed by Ator while Griffith, his wife and two children were at a stop light.
His sister told the Washington Post that he worked six days a week to support his family, taught math and was known for his sense of humor and ability to impersonate anyone.
Rodolfo (Rudy) Arco, 57, a dad, was identified as one of Ator's victims on a GoFundMe page, which said that he was shot and instantly killed while driving home from the trucking company he owned in Odessa.
Arco's sister told the Arizona Republic that he had left his Las Vegas home for Odessa on the one year anniversary of the 2017
