Guess who's back?

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino was released from prison in upstate New York on Thursday after serving eight months for tax evasion.

The first thing he did on social media was tweet, "Turn up we free !!! #freesitch."

He's also been sharing the love online with supporters and wrote that he's happy to be moving forward with his family on the next phase of his life.

His "Jersey Shore" co-star Nicole Polizzi shared a happy, dancing gif.

Sorrentino was released from the Federal Correctional Institution in Otisville at 8:30 a.m. this morning, according to officials.

"We are elated to finally close this chapter of our life. Thank you to our family, friends and fans for the continuous love and support during this time, it brought us so much peace and comfort. We look forward to continuing our life as husband and wife and working on baby situations! We truly believe that the comeback is ALWAYS greater than the setback and we can't wait to show the world ours," Sorrentino and his wife Lauren shared in a statement.

The "Jersey Shore" star pleaded guilty in January 2018 and was sentenced in October.

Federal prosecutors said Sorrentino took "certain actions" to conceal some of his income to avoid paying the full amount of taxes he owed.

"Michael accepts the court’s judgment," his attorney Henry Klingeman said in a statement late last year. "He is looking forward to marrying his college sweetheart ... and moving forward together after he serves his sentence."

His brother, Marc Sorrentino, also pleaded guilty to preparing a false tax return and was sentenced to two years in prison.

Early Thursday morning, Sorrentino's wife Lauren posted a picture from "Goodfellas" with the caption "mood."

This mirrored what Sorrentino himself posted before he went to prison.
