Tourists caused mayhem in Bali on Wednesday after they started fighting outside a nightclub. 

The group sparked a mass brawl which spilled into the road outside La Favela nightclub in Seminyak, causing traffic chaos. 

Footage taken by bystanders has since gone viral on Balinese social media Medsos, while the cause of the scuffle remains unclear,  IDN Times reports.

The man filming can be heard telling the group of revellers gathered outside the establishment to calm down.

 'Hey I think it's time for you to go home,' he says, in the video posted to YouTube.

A man wearing a white shirt, being restrained by bouncers, eventually breaks free and charges towards a group of men.

 'You f***ing bastard,' he yells.
