Two senior members of the Young Liberals have been forced to delete their Facebook page after sharing a video of a Schoolie making racist comments about Aboriginal culture.

In the footage, Gold Coast Young Liberal National Party chairman Barclay McGain and vice-chairman Patrick Riches ask Schoolies in Surfers Paradise their views on political issues.

When Mr McGain asked a group of young men their thoughts on the Australian national anthem and flag, one of the Schoolies, LNP volunteer Jake Scott, goes on a rant about Aboriginals.

'I'm fed up with having all these sports stars stand up on our stages and not sing the national anthem,' he says.

'They're putting our Australian jumper on, they're going to sing the anthem. We've got to stop celebrating a culture that couldn't invent the bloody wheel for God sake.

'We've got to start enjoying and living in western culture.'

Mr McGain then laughs at the comments.
