More than two-thirds of jaded millennial workers are considering a career change, with teaching one of the most popular options 67 per cent of pf 2,000 professionals between the ages of 21-40 were surveyed  39 per cent surveyed admitted they were not passionate about their work This is while almost 86 per cent stated they had felt a crossroads at least once

More than two-thirds of millennials are considering a career change as they reach a ‘professional crossroads’, research shows.

And switching to a career in the classroom is among the most popular options, with workers hoping the profession could provide more fulfilment.

The survey of 2,000 professionals, aged 21 to 40, found 45 per cent wanted more motivation at work and 69 per cent agreed teaching could provide it.
