A father has been accused of chaining up his disabled daughter and taunting her by putting a sheet over her head and making her sit like a dog.
The man, who cannot be named to protect the girl, allegedly detained her at home in Wollongong last year.
Police allege the father and his mate - who is the girl's mother's new boyfriend - chained up the cognitively impaired teenager after she 'became aggressive' with her sister, according to the Illawarra Star.
