Tory peer Chris Holmes touched a massuese's bottom at a five star hotel's spa, a jury being sworn in for the Paralympian's trial heard today.  

Lord Holmes of Richmond, 48, a nine-time Paralympic swimming champion, denies touching the alleged victim's bottom on March 7.

The politician, who is blind, was led into Southwark Crown Court with defence counsel Sarah Forshaw QC and his assistance dog black labrador, Nancy.

The trial will open tomorrow after facing delays due to prosecutor Linda Strudwick's illness.
