A Minneapolis Star Tribune story, which Klobuchar retweeted, cited law enforcement sources saying three other offices at the scene of the incident with Floyd will be charged.
An attorney for one of the officers at the scene of Floyd’s death said the Star Tribune story “is accurate,” according to The Associated Press.
All four officers at the scene have been fired.
