New South Wales has recorded its fourth day with zero community transmission.

The state announced it had recorded just two new cases of coronavirus on Tuesday but both are in hotel quarantine.

It follows two straight days of zero cases altogether.

Premier Gladys Berejiklian warned on Monday that the news did not necessarily mean the state was free of the virus.
