Vice President Mike Pence could potentially assume presidential control if were to become incapacitated from his COVID-19 diagnosis. 

The president on Thursday confirmed he and First Lady Melania tested positive for coronavirus after traveling with aide Hope Hicks, who fell ill earlier today.  

'Tonight, @FLOTUS and I tested positive for COVID-19. We will begin our quarantine and recovery process immediately. We will get through this TOGETHER!' he tweeted.
