A teenager is fighting for his life after being dragged from a car and shot in the chest by a gang of men.  

Emergency services were called to Sefton, in southwest Sydney, at about 11.45pm on Friday night following reports a man had been shot.

Officers found a 19-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds to his chest and leg on Anderson Lane. 

He was treated at the scene and rushed to Westmead Hospital in a critical condition.
