Six young people have been hospitalised after overdosing on a dodgy batch of the drug GHB. 

Three men and three women aged between 20 and 30 were rushed to Flinders Medical Centre in Adelaide on Thursday morning.

Two of them are in a serious but stable condition in intensive care, while four are in a stable condition. 

The overdoses has prompted health authorities to issue an urgent warning about taking the psychoactive drug, with fears a dodgy batch is going around the city
