A man has been charged after allegedly punching a policeman in the chest at a wild reception. 

Police were called to the Elouera Surf Life Saving Club on Mitchell Road in Cronulla, in Sydney's south-east, after 10.30pm following reports of a brawl outside the venue.

Officers arrived and issued two men -
