Scientists at the University of Kyoto, in Japan, reckon these antibodies can help neutralise viruses, chemicals, bacteria and pollen that cause fine lines and wrinkles. 

And firm Ubuna has formulated the antibodies from unfertilised ostrich yolks into a range of moisturisers – which go on sale later this month.
