The Governor of New York, Andrew Cuomo, has sparked outrage after warning younger people could end up killing their own grandmas if they refuse to get vaccinated.

During Monday's press conference, Cuomo said that the state was now focusing its attention on the 'youthful' and 'doubtful' to get the vaccine.

He spoke of a belief among the young of 'an attitude' that they believe 'they'll be fine'.

Cuomo is warning younger members of the population that if they remain unvaccinated against COVID-19, they could kill their grandmas with a kiss.
