Surveillance footage has captured the moment a cop tasered a biracial teenager outside his girlfriend's home in Florida, causing him to fall and hit his head on a brick fountain.
Jack Rodeman, 16, was confronted by Florida Highway Patrol Trooper George Smyrnios in the backyard of his girlfriend's house in the upscale neighborhood of Indian Laurel Way, Fort Meyers, on June 16.
Smyrnios claimed in an arrest report that the teen - who has dark skin and was dressed all in black - looked 'suspicious.'
The teen's mom has accused the officer of racially profiling her son, who she said posed no danger and always takes the same route to visit his girlfriend.
Rodeman was arrested for loitering, possession of medical marijuana and a criminal traffic violation and was sent to a juvenile detention center for 21 days.

Rodeman was walking through the neighborhood to visit his girlfriend when the trooper started to tail him, according to WINK.
Smyrnios, who lives in the area, followed the teen into the backyard as Rodeman texted his girlfriend to say he had arrived and was waiting outside.
The home security footage shows Rodeman standing on the back deck of his girlfriend's house in the daylight.
The trooper is seen on the lawn a few feet away pointing his taser at the teen.
Rodeman appears to be looking down at his phone in his hands as Smyrnios orders the teen to put his hands behind his head.
'I didn't do nothing…' Rodeman replies, continuing to look down at his phone.
The cop then discharges his taser which strikes the teen, causing him to fall back and smack his head off a brick fountain in the yard.
The force of Rodeman's head striking the fountain dislodges a brick.
The 16-year-old is heard screaming in pain and shouting: 'I didn't do nothing.'
The trooper edges closer to him with his taser still pointed at the teen, warning him he will taser him again.
'Put your hands behind your back or I will do it again,' he tells him.
Rodeman is seen raising his hands and putting them behind his head.
