'Everyone somehow walked away unharmed', according to the person who captured the video. 'The next thing I knew he jumped on a train track. I have no idea what was going through his head. 'Once he realised he tried to get up. Me and some others ran towards him but within seconds the train was approaching.' They added: 'We all looked at each other as if to say who was going to look first. I looked over. I was the first person to look and he was crouched up in a fetal position and he was alive and completely unharmed. 'I made sure I saw him get out. They turned the electrics off and then he got up and was standing and once I saw he was unharmed I had to leave because of the shock of it. I heard a fire engine come as I left so I think emergency services were called.' MailOnline has contacted British Transport Police for comment. A London Ambulance Service spokesperson said: 'We were called at 10.32pm on Wednesday 23 June to reports of a person injured at Belvedere Station. 'We sent an ambulance crew, an incident response officer, and a hazardous area response team vehicle. A man was treated at the scene and taken to a hospital.'
