An Indiana gas station clerk is facing a murder charge after he pulled out a handgun and shot a man in the face for stealing 'several' four-packs of Red Bull.
Vincent Bibbs, 49, was arrested late last month, according to the Indianapolis Metro Police Department.
His first court hearing took place on Tuesday, and he is due back in court for a pretrial conference in September.
Bibbs was heading up a Speedway at 4960 E 56th Street the night of June 29 when witnesses saw him leave his post to chase a man who was carrying 'a big clear bag of something.'
One witness reported hearing yells of 'hey, hey, hey' and 'just give it back' before a single shot was fired, according to a police
