A woman ended up being duct taped to her seat after she allegedly tried to open a plane door and bit a flight attendant.

The disturbing incident was caught on camera by a fellow passenger who was flying on the American Airlines flight from Dallas to Charlotte.

The passenger was thought to have suffered a 'mental health episode' while traveling, about two hours into the three hour flight. 

A female passenger ended up having 'a mental health episode' on a flight from Dallas to Charlotte and was duct taped to her seat along with having tape placed over her mouth
