A 29-year-old white man was arrested in Georgia after he was caught on camera beating a black teenager with a belt after supposedly becoming enraged that child was swearing while playing basketball in his aunt's front yard.
Matt Martel has since been arrested on charges of assault, battery, cruelty to children, and disorderly conduct after attacking Maliyk Sim, 15.
Home surveillance footage shows a man who police identified as Martel run over to the children playing in the driveway and quickly attack one of them, grabbing them by their neck and them shoving him backwards off-camera.
