Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have purchased a Miami mansion on the ultra-exclusive Indian Creek Island for $24 million.
The former first daughter and her husband purchased the six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathroom mansion located in Biscayne Bay, for a million dollars under asking after it sat on the market for half a year.
The couple closed on April 13, 7 months after they purchased a pricey vacant two-acre lot for $32.2 million, merely blocks down the street from their most recent purchase.
The vacant piece of land was once owned by Spanish singer Julio Iglesias, and sits on a plot of land in Miami dubbed 'Billionaire Bunker,' by Forbes.
