Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra has been arrested for his role in a pornography-related case.
The businessman, 45, was arrested on Monday by Mumbai Police who said he 'appears to be the key conspirator of this'.
Mumbai Police Commissioner Hemant Nagrale, who confirmed the arrest, said that they have 'sufficient evidence' and an investigation is ongoing.
He said the case was registered with Crime Branch Mumbai in February 2021, relating to the creation of pornographic films and their publication on some apps, Times of India reported.

Kundra has denied any wrongdoing and sought anticipatory bail, NDTV reported.
The case was filed under the Indian Penal Code, and Kundra has been accused of cheating, indulging in obscene act in public places and publicly exhibiting or circulating obscene books or literature and under the Information Technology Act.
