A judge sealed Colorado husband Barry Morphew's arrest affidavit despite the media's pleas to make it public and denied Morphew bond on charges of murdering his missing wife Suzanne.

Suzanne Morphew vanished in May 2020. At the time, her husband Barry made an emotional plea for her return. Her body has never been found but her bicycle was found discarded next to a trail.

Barry was charged with murder in May 2021. He has not yet entered a plea and the case remains largely shrouded in mystery because the judge won't unseal Morphew's 130-page arrest affidavit.
