Posing with fellow supporters in Trafalgar Square was far-right commentator Hopkins, who landed back in the UK earlier this week following her deportation from Australia.
Conspiracy theorist David Icke and Piers Corbyn, brother of former Labour leader Jeremy, were also present at the demonstration.
Former Apprentice candidate Hopkins had mocked the country's strict hotel quarantine rules and called Covid lockdowns the 'greatest hoax in human history'.
