A human rights lawyer has slammed anti-lockdown protestors in Sydney and Melbourne as 'd**kheads with no perspective' in an wild rant on social media.
Asylum Seeker Resource Centre chief executive Kon Karapanagiotidis lashed out at protesters in his hometown of Melbourne, and around Australia.
Mr Karapanagiotidis said Australians whinging about their rights being taken away needed to put themselves in the shoes of an asylum seeker.
Human rights lawyer Kon Karapanagiotidis, the founder and CEO of the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre, made a number of posts to social media condemning protestors after the protests on Saturday
'As a human rights lawyer of 20 years, fighting for the rights of people fleeing and experiencing persecution, if you think you're being persecuted at the moment in NSW because you're being asked to lock down, mask up, socially distance and stay safe,' he said.
'If you feel this persecution, I'm happy to tell you, that for a fee, as a human rights lawyer, I can tell you what an absolute, huge d**khead you are.
'That's right, you're a d**khead, with no perspective.'
