Britney's new attorney Mathew Rosengart filed a petition on Monday to remove the singer's father as conservator of her estate. The documents, which have been obtained by Fox, included a declaration from Lynne who refers to the controversy over the court order as a 'time of crisis.' Lynne also accuses her former husband of keeping the singer 'in custody' by exerting 'microscopic control' over her life. 'At all points of time during the time of crisis, James P. Spears, her father and the sole conservator of the estate and, at the time, the person, had absolute control over the conservatee's money and her healthcare decisions,' Lynne claims. Improvement: Rosengart's new filings contend while Britney' may have needed the support and oversight of a conservatorship 13 years ago, her mental health has improved since (pictured in 2017) Damaging: Lynne Spears, Britney's mother and Jamie´sex-wife, said Jamie's 'microscopic control' over her health care and business decisions in a key period in 2018 and 2019 was especially damaging (pictured with Jamie in 2012) Addressing the court on June 23, Britney claimed that she was put on antidepressant lithium against her will. The pop star also claimed that she was barred from removing her IUD, preventing her wish to have more children. Lynne makes similar claims but does not name a medication. 'During the time of crisis, I witnessed my daughter be compelled by that doctor, with the knowledge and encouragement of Mr. Spears, to enter a health facility that she did not want to enter, where she was threatened with punishment if she did not stay for medical treatment that she did not want to endure,' Lynne further claims in the docs. Britney's mother also alleges that Jamie checks in with Britney's security team insisting that they 'report back to him each and every detail of every action that takes place in the conservatee's home and her life.' She says 'such scrutiny is exhausting and terrifying, like living in custody.' New guy: Spears' lawyer Matt Rosengart has requested CPA Jason Rubin be appointed as conservator of her estate She continues insisting that the relationship between Britney and her father has dissolved into 'nothing but fear and hatred.' Court filings read, 'Since this conservatorship has been in place, the relationship between the conservatee and Mr. Spears has dwindled to nothing but fear and hatred of Mr. Spears by the conservatee due to Mr. Spears' behavior, including his complete control over her, his mistrust of her, his coercion of her, his 'bartering' with her over what she can and cannot do for whatever reward or punishment he is willing to mete out, his constant threats, and his decision-making over all aspects of her life.' But to Lynne, 'perhaps the most appalling and inexcusable' of Jamie's actions are the previous claims that have been made suggesting that Jamie has been physically violent towards Britney's young sons, Sean and Jayden, in the past that have 'understandably destroyed whatever was left of a relationship between them.' Britney has been pushing for the removal of her father as conservator of her estate for years. Jamie was appointed as conservator in 2008.
