A Sydney house where the late serial killer John Wayne Glover lived for 20 years has sold again for $5.4million.

The four-bedroom home on Wyong Road, Mosman in the city's lower north shore, boasts spectacular views over Middle Harbour and was once home to the notorious 'Granny Killer'.

Glover was sentenced to six life sentences over the murders of six elderly women between 1989 and 1990.

He eventually died in prison in September, 2005 at the age of 72 after hanging himself in his Lithgow cell.
