Renowned fashion photographer Bruce Weber, 75, has settled a second sexual-assault lawsuit out of court, brought against him by a group of male models for an undisclosed amount.

The settlement brings an end to a lawsuit filed jointly by models Josh Ardolf, Anthony Baldwin, Jacob Madden and Jnana Van Oijen.

In a 2018 explosive New York Times expose, the models shared testimonies of inappropriate touching, coercive sexual behavior, and sexual assault on the set of Weber's shoots.

They, in addition to numerous others, claimed Weber conducted 'breathing exercises' at both photo shoots and at his private home studio, where he touched the men's genitals, or had them touch theirs or his own.

The models would refer to the process as getting 'Brucified,' court papers show.

Weber, who has worked with iconic publications such as Vogue, Vanity Fair and GQ, has continued to maintain his innocence.

'I have spent my career capturing the human spirit through photographs and am confident that, in due time, the truth will prevail,' Weber said through a statement from his lawyer to The New York Post.

Jason Boyce, the first model to accuse Weber, told The New York Times that the photographer's inappropriate behavior was well-known within the industry but never acknowledged.
