A Los Angeles high school was placed on a lockdown order on Thursday afternoon after one person was found shot outside and another was found the street at a nearby kindergarten, cops said.
The Los Angeles School Police Department responded to reports of shots fired along the perimeter of Santee High School in downtown Los Angeles, the agency said on Twitter around 2 p.m. local time.
About half an hour later, the LASPD responded to reports of a second gun shot victim found outside the Maple Primary Center - a school for students in kindergarten and first grade.
