A desperate large scale search is underway to find a missing three-year-old boy with autism who vanished off a rural property almost 24 hours ago. 

Anthony 'AJ' Elfalak was last seen at 11.45am on Friday on a rural property on Yengo Drive, Putty, 75km south of Singleton in NSW.
