Alexander George O'Sachy, 43, is facing one count of murder as a domestic violence offence after Angela Godwin, 45, (pictured) was allegedly stabbed at his home
A man whose two former partners died of suicide and a drug overdose in his house has been charged with murdering his 'on again, off again' girlfriend.
Alexander George O'Sachy, 43, is facing one count of murder as a domestic violence crime after Angela Godwin, 45, was allegedly stabbed at his home on Wishart Road, Upper Mount Gravatt, in Brisbane just before 8pm on Monday.
O'Sachy was seen leaving the police station on Tuesday night with a Hungry Jack's paper bag over his head with holes cut out for his eyes.
He faced Brisbane Magistrate Court via video link on Wednesday and was unable to apply for bail due to the seriousness of his charge.
Police will allege there were inconsistencies in O'Sachy's version of what occurred and that a blood-soaked doona was found in the washing machine at the house.
