George Michael's bereaved lover Fadi Fawaz is facing trial for allegedly damaging a wall at a 13th Century church in London.
Fawaz, 45, is accused of causing £420 worth of damage to one of the walls of the St Katherine Cree Church on Leadenhall Street in the City of London on February 24 this year.
The Australian-born hair stylist, of Camden, failed to attend Westminster Magistrates' Court today to answer to the criminal damage charge.
