Nine women in Manhattan - including an 11-year-old girl -  have been molested throughout August by a pervert on a scooter who sidles up to victims on his bike, gropes their breasts and then speeds away. 

Since August 2, after his suspected first assault in Midtown at Sixth Avenue and West 50th Street, police have been unable to track down the roving degenerate.

NYPD Crime Stoppers is now offering a $3,500 reward for any tips leading to his capture.

The NYPD Special Victims Unit first opened an investigation as a child abuse probe after he violated his youngest victim on August 6. They have since widened their  investigation into serial groping.
