Wendy, 57, wore a black mask as she was led by hand from the car to her home by an unidentified man. Her son Kevin Hunter Jr, 21, was also seen entering her building behind a wheelchair and later caught an Uber to leave the home.
The sighting comes a day after her talk show revealed she's canceled all promotional events to deal with 'ongoing health issues.'
