A single mother who was caught breaching lockdown told police she needed to leave her apartment building to film a TikTok video.
The mother, 24, had joined a group of friends to make the social media video outside an apartment complex in Sydney on Friday night.
They were in a car when they were stopped by police. The driver filmed the ensuing encounter and uploaded the footage to TikTok.
The mother is seen in the video trying to explain to the officer that she had left her apartment because there was no Wi-Fi to film in the garage at the bottom of the complex.
