The man, whose identity is unknown, was filmed at 2pm on Saturday as he destroyed a front garden that had been decorated to 'represent a moment in current affairs.' Footage showed two revellers run into a garden near Central Park in Barking and Dagenham, where We Are Festival was held last weekend. The home's devastated owner posted the clip to social media to blast the men, who appeared to be teenagers, for ruining her garden. She said the festival-goers wanted 'to ruin this for everyone else' when they rubbed lines of salt around the ground and pushed over elements of the display. WHHYYYYY do people always have to ruin a nice thing? to the childish boy going to we are fest who jumped over our wall, smashed the glasses, launched the dog, said ‘i’m going to ruin this for everyone else’ and wiped the salt everywhere, i have your charging lead, and your face on cctv, feel free to come collect and apologise. The first man then ran away, jumping over a short garden wall to rejoin his friends, while the second reveller knelt down by the salt and appeared to try to stroke a toy dog that had been laid out as part of the display. The man pushed the dog over, put his face into the salt and then smeared it across the floor before launching himself over the wall - and losing his charger in the process.
