The Lismore and Albury LGAs will go into lockdown for seven days at 6pm on Thursday, Health Minister Brad Hazzard announced on Thursday morning. Deputy Chief Health Officer Marianne Gale said one case had been detected in the Lismore area in NSW's far north in the past 24 hours. 'More often than not, health determines it will be 14 days but in this case, looking at the issues, health has determined seven days will be appropriate.
