One in three hospitality firms in the UK are finding it difficult to fill job vacancies as the nation's economy recovers from the coronavirus crisis.
New data published by the Office for National Statistics showed three in 10 bars, pubs and restaurants are currently struggling with recruitment.

That represented an increase of 35.2 per cent - almost 270,000 - on the previous quarter and is the highest number recorded by the ONS since it started measuring the metric in 2001.
