Million dollar jockey Jamie Kah will find out her fate on Friday after she kept back vital details about star rider Mark Zahra being at her illicit Covid lockdown party.
Racing Victoria Stewards launched an investigation into the wild night after police were called by neighbours complaining about the noise from the AirBnB rental.
But in the initial interviews, Kah, 25, never even mentioned by fellow jockey Zahra had been at her BBQ booze-up in Mornington, Victoria, on August 25.
Kah and Zahra have been banned for three months over the notorious party, but face a longer ban for misleading stewards. Kah's ban - causing her to miss the entire Spring Carnival - is estimated to have cost her $1million.

She has already been found guilty of misleading stewards but the Victoria Racing Tribunal decision to be released on Friday will reportedly reveal why she did it.
The seven page report is said to detail how Kah held back the key information about Zahra because, she claimed, he only 'popped in briefly' and just 'stayed for a few beers'.
When she was questioned later by stewards, she insisted she hadn't lied, but claimed they had only asked who had 'ended up' there
She told them she had interpreted this to mean who had stayed until the end when the party had been broken up by police around 11.50pm.
Kah had named jockeys Celine Gaudray, Ethan Brown and Ben Melham as being there and they were also banned for three months and fined $5,000 each.
