An Indiana woman has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for murdering her boyfriend with her son - who is still awaiting trial - three years after she was charged for the crime.
Vivian Moore pleaded guilty to the conspiracy to commit murder on Tuesday after playing a role in killing her boyfriend Dennis Dziwulski back in 2018. She will spend three decades behind bars.
Moore's son Justin Girdler, 25, was also charged in Dziwulski's death, as reported by Local 12, but is awaiting trial for the murder charge.
The Moore, allegedly assisted by her son, fatally hit Dziwulski in the head with a hammer and iron skillet.
According to court documents Girdler admitted to the crime when it happened two years ago just after his mother confessed - a month after Dziwulski was reported missing.
