A urgent police investigation has been launched after a teenage girl was seen trying to escape from inside a car in north London.
Officers were called to Plevna Crescent in Haringey after a member of the public reported that they had seen a young girl, who is believed to be aged between 13-15, screaming for help inside a black Mercedes at 6.40pm on September 18.
The girl had been attempting to escape the car through an open rear window when she was pulled back
