Police have released a picture of a man they would like to speak to after two women were sexually assaulted by a 'fake taxi driver' on their way home from a nightclub.
The victims, both women aged in their 20s, had left a venue in the Westminster area at around 3am on Sunday, July 25.
The pair got into a vehicle which they believed to have been a private hire vehicle they had pre-booked before
