Leon Black accused of sexual assault by second woman, in new lawsuit

A second woman has come forward to allege sexual assault at the hands of Wall Street billionaire, Leon Black, placing him in Jeffery Epstein's home and 'squarely within' the disgraced financier's, 'immediate nefarious sexual circle,' DailyMail.com can reveal.

The woman, referred to only as Ms. Doe, has added her claims to a lawsuit filed by former model, Guzel Ganieva, whose defamation suit was reported exclusively by DailyMail.com in June.

In that suit Ganieva accused Black of being a 'violent, sadistic,' sexual predator who raped and harassed her then coerced her into signing an NDA.

Black, 70, once one of the City's most powerful executives as the former CEO of Apollo Global Management resigned his position in the investment firm on March 22, just days after Ganieva went public with claims that he had 'abused' her 'for years.'

The new claims, leveled against him by a 'Ms. Doe', were added to a previous lawsuit filed by former model Guzel Ganieva (pictured in 2011) who accused Black of sexually assaulting her and then coercing her to sign an NDA

Now lawyers for Ganieva have filed an amended complaint detailing what they describe as Ms. Doe's 'horrific experiences.'

Not only do they present the claims as bolstering Ganieva's case, according to the suit, Ms. Doe's experiences show that 'contrary to Black's version of events that he knew 'nothing' about Epstein's sexual wrongdoing, as alleged, Black was perpetrating his own sexual crimes at Epstein's home as far back as 2002.'

The motion for leave to amend the original complaint states that, in 2002, 'in a massage room at Jeffery Epstein's home located at 9 East 71st Street, New York…Black forced himself on Ms. Doe against her will, inflicting serious pain and harm.'

Going a step further, the motion alleges that Black had a, 'long-standing relationship with Epstein for years…. that involved arranged massages with women for money at Epstein's home.'

According to the amended suit Ms. Doe met Epstein 'sometime around 2000,' when she was introduced by an acquaintance, a Ukrainian woman.

She was told that Epstein, 'picks models for Victoria's Secret,' which she thought odd as, though she looked younger than her years, she believed herself to be too old to be a Victoria's Secret model.

According to the suit, Epstein described himself as a 'massage slut' who liked two to three massages a day before instructing her to massage him in a bikini for 20 minutes and paying her $300.

According to the new complaint, Ms. Doe met Epstein sometime in 2000 and was paid to give him massages in a bikini. Epstein later introduced her to Black, who gave her $300 for a massage at Epstein's home in New York (pictured) where he sexually assaulted her, she claims

The suit states: 'He masturbated and wanted her to perform oral sex on him but she refused.'

Her association with Epstein continued and, eventually, he told her he was going to introduce her to someone else who 'may be able to 'help' her,' financially.

According to Ms. Doe that someone was Black, though when they first met at Epstein's home he did not introduce himself.

Ms. Doe's recollection as set out in the suit is that they took the elevator to the third floor to Epstein's 'massage room.'
