A young mother-of-five who tragically died in a car accident along with two of her children has been remembered as a 'loving, kind, amazing mum'.
Samantha Lee Smith was travelling along Wisemans Ferry Road in Central Mangrove on the NSW Central Coast with her children on Tuesday night when she veered off the road and crashed into an embankment just before 10pm.
Ms Smith died at the scene, along with her six-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son.
There are concerns one of those children may have stumbled out of the wreckage only to be hit and killed by a passing car.
