Wendy Williams has been spotted being pushed in a wheelchair amid her declining health issues.

Exclusive DailyMail.com photos show the ailing TV host leaving her Manhattan apartment Tuesday in a wheelchair while wearing a mask, just one week after revealing she tested positive for a breakthrough case of Covid-19.

Wendy, 57, wore yellow socks and had bruised legs as she was wheeled to her SUV and taken to shop for a new phone at the Verizon store.

While she waited in the car, DailyMail.com saw the host inhaling from a vape pen. When Wendy noticed the DailyMail.com photographer she quickly put down the vape pen and rolled the window up.

The sighting comes just weeks after Wendy announced she'd canceled all promotional events for her show due to 'ongoing health issues.'

Wendy's driver was seen going into the store, and while waiting in the car Wendy had noticed a man in a suit smoking nearby and waved him over.

The two chatted for about 30 minutes and then exchanged phone numbers before she waved goodbye to the unidentified man.

Her driver then came out with a Verizon bag, got into the car and drove off.

Wendy's son Kevin, 21, was later seen walking into her apartment building wearing a mask. He's often been seen visiting his mother as she deals with health issues.

According to The Sun, an insider claims that Wendy was 'drinking every day, even while filming the show.'

'Everyone is an enabler because they don't want to lose their job,' the insider said. 'They see it, they know it, they smelled the liquor.'

In 2019, DailyMail.com revealed that Wendy was staying overnight at a private facility run by the Pure Recovery Network in Long Island City, New York after she plunged into an alcohol- and pill-fueled depression when she fractured her shoulder during a confrontation with her cheating husband Kevin Hunter.

She broke down in tears on her show at the time, admitting she had been living at the sober
