One of the Today Show's former top producers will plead not guilty to raping an 'intoxicated' woman on a drunken night out.
Thomas Joseph Nicol, 32, entered the plea to one charge of sexual intercourse without consent on Friday when he appeared in the Downing Centre District Court in Sydney by phone.
Prosecutors allege the former Channel 9 employee assaulted the woman at his Bondi home between 8.30pm on January 29 and 6.30am the following morning.
