President Joe Biden's popularity has dropped enough that Republicans have cast him as the villain in a new series of ads targeting vulnerable House Democrats the GOP hopes to unseat next year.

Fox News first reported on the National Republican Congressional Committee spots, which feature Biden - not House Speaker Nancy Pelosi or members of the so-called 'Squad' - front-and-center.

In total, the NRCC is running the ads against 17 House Democrats the party's House campaign arm believes can be picked off in the 2022 midterms.
